mutt sidebar with mutiple accounts will append discovered mailboxes for monitoring, `unmailboxes *` doesn't work as i want when switching back and forth between accounts and all the hacking stuff people have done to enumurate ~/Mail doesn't apply to imap so we run multiple sessions in tmux for a clean account view.
