Method:

 1.) Cropped for Mindriot / World of Commodore demos

Notes:

- previous PAL cropping was incorrect based off the NTSC crop results 
  when compared to HW

- this cropping was suggested by pezz after running Mindriot and World of
  Commodore demos, the latter showing use of overscan in star field

- interlacing still needs work

- inbuilt shaders look terrible with this setup, use external zink/vkbasalt shaders
