pico8 preservation project

In an ongoing effort to catalog and preserve PICO-8 carts these carts were
scraped from the Lexaloffle BBS over some time, some carts are no longer
available due to data loss on the BBS Lexaloffle side and will return a 404 on
the inferred url.

This set includes carts with a screenshot and nfo file including metadata from
the release where applicable

Some md5sums match between versions, I have confirmed with an author this may
be the case due to issues with uploading carts at some time in the past, so
there is currently no evidence to suggest that duplicates should not be expected.

Lexaloffle changed the way bbs cart ids were generated at some point in time to
include a version number, we were able to infer previous version urls from this
and obtain the otherwise unobtainable

Windows filesystems may have issues with some filenames in this pack, scraped
on Linux, talk to MS.

This set only includes what was able to be scraped from the BBS over time, it
does not account for
- multicart games where the bbs cartid is stored in code 
- other releasable artifacts (os builds, p8 raw etc)

arguably the same code base for this could be used to scrape itch or another
service as we just look for and query the player directly

There are some older carts with duff names in this set, re-scraped to correct
names. Check bbsid to confirm
